I am having so much fun knitting this pattern! I had a difficult time settling on one that I wanted to use for this next design. I'm glad I settled on this lace pattern from Barbara Walker's A Treasury of Knitting Patterns. It's awesome.
And the color of the yarn is amazing in real life. It's a mercerized cotton that I bought from Shuttles, Needles and Hooks in Cary, NC. The sheen is absolutely beautiful...which makes this lace pattern look all nice and dainty. I wish that I could mail this yarn to all of you so that you can see its true color and sheen. My camera doesn't do it justice.
