I finished her at around 2:30 am on Sunday morning. We were supposed to be done with our projects by 11:59 am on Sunday, so I was ahead of schedule. I GOT MY "MEDALS" BABY!!!!

I would have been done with it on Saturday, but I kept ripping out the neckline because I was never satisfied with it. I finally gave up on my original plan and finished the neckline by slip stitching it with a crochet hook. The finish is simple and beautiful.
I was just telling a co-worker that I feel like I have no purpose now that this project is done. For 17 days all I could think about was how I had to work on La Nina. Now that it's done, my fingers have nothing to do. I think, though, that I need to take a break from knitting and focus on writing the patterns for these projects.
I'll show you pics of the sweater on a real kid soon.
