I want some cookies.
So, I proposed a trade. A hand knit scarf for two tins of delicious, homemade Christmas cookies.
This is the pattern for the quickie scarf I designed last year called "Christmas Bailout". It's a free pattern listed over there in the sidebar. This version is a bit different, though. I simply added a few rows of garter stitch on the ends before setting up the cable pattern.
Your scarf is ready, Cathy. I just have to stand in line and fight the folks at the post office to mail it to you. I might leave the place with a black eye. That's ok. I think the cookies will be worth it.
